Use of high Pressure Washer Nozzle

High-Pressure Washer Nozzle are tools that use high-pressure water jets to powerfully remove dirt. They are widely used in car washing, industrial equipment cleaning, building exterior wall cleaning, and home cleaning. Correct use can improve cleaning efficiency and prevent equipment damage and personal injury. Specific operating steps and precautions are as follows:

I. Pre-operation Preparation

1. Equipment Inspection

● Check that the connection between the high-pressure washer nozzle and the high-pressure pump is secure. Check for damage or leaks in the water pipes and joints to prevent them from falling off and causing injury during high-pressure operation.

● Confirm that the power supply (electric motor type) or power source (fuel engine type) is normal. For fuel engines, check the oil and fuel levels; for electric motor types, grounding is required to prevent electric shock.

2. Install the Appropriate Nozzle:

Different nozzles correspond to different water flow patterns; select according to your needs.

● 0° Nozzle: Direct water flow, strongest pressure, suitable for stubborn stains (such as cement stains and rust).

● 15°/25° Nozzle: Fan-shaped water flow, moderate pressure, used for cleaning car bodies and floors.

● 40° Nozzle: Wide-angle fan-shaped water flow with gentle pressure, suitable for cleaning glass, painted surfaces, and plastic parts.

● Foam Nozzle: When used with car wash liquid, it produces foam for pre-washing cars.

II. Safety Precautions

● Do not direct the high-pressure water stream at people, animals, electrical equipment, or precision parts to prevent injury or malfunction.

● Avoid prolonged continuous operation. For electric motor models, stop the machine after 30–40 minutes to allow it to cool down. For fuel-powered models, carefully monitor the water and oil temperatures.

● Do not step on or bend the high-pressure water hose. Replace any aged or damaged hoses promptly. Do not use the machine if it is damaged.

● When cleaning high places (such as exterior walls or car roofs), use a stable ladder. Do not operate from unstable objects.
